Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Monthly downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Annual downgrades take effect at the end of the annual term.
What happens if I exceed limits?
We warn you at 80% of any limit (documents, SKUs, audit retention). You can upgrade in-app or continue with a soft cap; no data is lost.
Do you offer onboarding?
Free and Starter customers get docs and email support. Growth and Enterprise customers can request a 30-minute founder check-in.
Is my data really mine?
Yes. One-click export of every record in CSV and JSON. After cancellation, you have 30 days to download anything you missed.
